McLaughlin & Harvey is seeking an FM Technician focused on Building Fabric to join their Facilities Management team. You will provide planned and reactive maintenance services across various client locations in Northern Ireland while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or similar and good hands-on experience with building fabric maintenance tasks. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.
