Concord General Contracting, Inc. is looking for a Senior Estimator in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate estimates throughout all phases of preconstruction. You will collaborate closely with subcontractors for competitive pricing, maintain strong communication with Operations, and ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of estimating experience, knowledge of GMP and CMAR methods, and proficiency in estimating software. This position is integral to achieving successful project outcomes while maintaining our commitment to safety.
