• Ensure smooth operations of production shifts by executing production plans and schedules
• Provide operational input for autonomous fleet maintenance planning
• Enforce safety and operating procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Inspect work units to ensure goals and schedules are met
• Coordinate daily with cross‑functional teams including maintenance, engineering, safety, and environmental
• Supervise first‑line or shift supervisors and manage strategic and execution‑level maintenance work
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a mining‑related technical discipline and 3+ years of operational experience including supervisory or lead roles; OR
• High school diploma and 7+ years of related operational experience including supervisory or lead roles
• Strong knowledge of supervisory methods, safety practices, and hazard recognition
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, budget administration, and effective communication

• 1+ year of experience with autonomous mining equipment
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with autonomous systems technology and Caterpillar/mining equipment
• Experience with Power BI and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $105,000 - $145,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job‑related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
