Responsibilities include but are not limited to generating and updating the project schedule, job procurement, prime contract and subcontract administration, quality control, job cost, and project staff management. Ideal candidate will have seven plus years of experience in project management on $20M+ design-build commercial projects, excellent written and verbal communications, exceptional organizations skills, and a willingness and drive to succeed.
