Responsibilities- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, active listening and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
- Learn to analyze clients’ financial needs, develop and implement balanced financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required
- Currently possess or willing to get the Life & Health Insurance License
- FINRA Securities Licenses: SIE, Series 7 & 66 preferred or willingness to get Licensed
- A passion for building relationships
- Market development/networking abilities
- Any sales experience is a plus
- Life & Health Licensing & Securities Licensing Training & Support
