Job Description
About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
How you will contribute- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training
- Review Quality Control records
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures
- Consult and refer to the management team for escalated donor/employee concerns
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification
- Frequent bending and reaching; ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; frequent lifting to 32 pounds; occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens

Location: USA – MA – Methuen
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $26.40 – $36.30
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications or professional licenses, and location. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives. They may participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
