• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively multitask

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care services by collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
• Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maintain smooth department operations
• Assist in developing and implementing nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, share improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews as necessary
