Aftersales Jr. Analyst

Location: Ciudad Nezahualcoyotl

The   Aftersales Jr Analyst   supports the regional aftersales operations of the company, ensuring optimal dealer performance in service, parts, and customer satisfaction. For this role we are looking fresh graduate candidates, motivated with slightly experience in the automotive who wants to develop their career in industry.

This position is intended for recent graduates and candidates with limited experience in the automotive industry. It is not related to manufacturing or vehicle design and is not intended for senior-level professionals or candidates with extensive industry experience

Key Responsibiliti
es:

Assist   in monitoring dealer performa   nce against KPIs, including service quality, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and warranty complian
ce.

Suppo   rt dealer vis   its to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with company standar
ds.

Aid in the coordinati   on training sessi   ons for dealer staff on aftersales processes, systems, and customer service best practic
es.

Provide assistance   in warranty claim revi   ews and follow up on pending cas
es.

Collect, consolidate, and analy   ze regional aftersales d   ata to support decision-making and reporting to manageme
nt.

Support in the implementation   of regional service campai   gns, recalls, and customer care initiativ
es.

Participate   in customer satisfaction improvement progr   ams and assist dealers in implementing corrective actio

ns.
Qualificat
ions:

Recent graduate from bachelor’s d   egree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Current students will be not cons
ider.
1 - 3 years ma   ximum of experience in the automotive industry, desirable in aftersales, service. Other industries or candidates with more experience than the one mentioned will be not cons
ider.

Basic knowledg   e of warranty processes, parts logistics, or service opera   tions is prefe
rred.
