Location: Miami (Surfside), FL

Compensation: Up to $50/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Occasional evenings, weekends, and light travel as needed

MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES COMMUTE (Non-negotiable)
ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED

Role Overview

A private Miami Beach residence is seeking an experienced Senior Solo Housekeeper to take full responsibility for the daily care, cleanliness, and organization of the home. This is a hands-on role for a self-directed professional who works independently, anticipates needs, and maintains high standards with consistency and discretion. The ideal candidate values ownership, consistency, and quiet excellence, and finds genuine satisfaction in keeping a household functioning at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the residence to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, order, and presentation
• Execute daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning routines, including deep cleaning schedules
• Care for fine materials and finishes, including specialty surfaces, artwork, and furnishings
• Manage all laundry and wardrobe care: washing, ironing, steaming, pressing, and proper storage
• Maintain household organization, inventories, and supplies
• Pack and unpack luggage for the principal as needed
• Prepare light food and beverages when requested (coffee, smoothies, salads, simple meals)
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors (building maintenance, plant care, specialty services)
• Perform light household tasks such as hanging artwork, monitoring appliances, and basic troubleshooting
• Prepare the home for guest stays or small gatherings by ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready
• Provide occasional driving assistance (e.g., airport or local outings)
• Support care of indoor and outdoor plants
• Monitor smart home systems and report or escalate issues as needed
• Occasional travel to other residences if required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Senior or Solo Housekeeper in a private residence
• Comfortable working independently and managing an entire home without daily oversight
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Practical, reliable, and solutions-oriented with sound judgment
• Calm, steady, and professional in a private-home environment
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of boundaries
• Fluent in English
• Flexible and adaptable when occasional schedule adjustments are needed
