Join our accounting team as a Staff Accountant.

You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting month‑end close procedures for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns, including multi‑state and international filings.
• Compile, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and applicable reporting standards.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
• Assist clients in identifying tax‑saving opportunities, deductions, and credits to minimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate with the IRS and state tax authorities on audits, notices, and other correspondence on behalf of clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and current guidance.
• Support clients throughout the year with quarterly estimated tax payments, projections, and proactive planning.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and accurate information.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in public accounting, tax, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
