C Parker Professional Recruiting is seeking a Bookkeeper for our growing and well-established firm in Miami, FL.

-Day-to-day management of numerous clients.
-Prepare payments including wires, ACH payments, and checks for investment calls/subscriptions, redemptions, real estate/household income/disbursements, loan payments and trust distributions and annuity payments.
-Liaise with clients and their advisors, including banking, investment, and insurance advisors.
-Flexibility in schedule (able to work nights and weekends when necessary).
-Assist with long-term financial planning for clients.
-Review and maintain tax records to facilitate preparation of tax returns for various individual, family partnerships, LLC's, trusts and charitable entities.
-Oversee and manage the calendar of current and/or recurring payments.
-Administration of monthly payroll, including 401(k) and bi-weekly payroll for household staff.


-Minimum 7 plus years bookkeeping experience.
-Superb communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
-Able to problem solve and think both creatively and logically.
-Able to work alone or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

-Diplomatic, tactful and discrete concerning confidential information.

Required Education and Skills:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, finance/accounting degree a plus.
-CPA Designation and/or other advanced degrees and certifications strongly preferred.
-Proficient technology skills, including experience in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Archway.
