Job Description

Provides administrative support to the Corporate Communications team by managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation. Maintains and updates electronic and paper files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials. Schedules and coordinates meetings, including logistics such as agenda preparation, facilities, catering, accommodations, and technical equipment. Prepares, edits, and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, organizational charts, and other documents. Organizes and coordinates travel arrangements for team members and processes expense reports in a timely manner.

Supports production logistics and ensures proper execution of projects and events. Assists in the development and execution of digital and visual communication projects. Schedules video and editorial projects into the system and ensures deadlines are met. Other duties as assigned. Utilizes independent judgment and creativity to manage day‑to‑day functions and contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Communications team.

Manages and updates Outlook with current information, including distribution lists. Provides necessary logistics for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance departmental goals.
