Office Services Coordinator
Pay Rate: $25.00
Location: 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami
Work Environment: Onsite position five days a week.
Professional attire Monday - Thursday, Friday is jeans day. Parking is covered.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering Insta Cart, keeping office stocked and clear
- Greeting guests
- Paying invoices
- Reconciling expenses (credit cards)
- Validating parking (within the first 10 mins)
- Answering the phone
Qualifications:
- Years of experience: 2+ years in a front‑facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant
- Level of education: H.S diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred for soft skills
- Systems/software proficiencies:
Microsoft Office Suite required; campaign logic or email campaign experience preferred - Soft skills:
communication, dependable, customer service, attention to detail, professional demeanor - Hard skills: experience working front desk in a very formal professional environment
Interview process: 1 round.
Work equipment issued: laptop.
