We are seeking a professional, warm, and service-oriented Floor Host to be the go-to resource in our downtown Miami corporate office. The Floor Host is responsible for creating a hospitality-driven experience for all guests, visitors, and employees. This role combines front-facing service, office upkeep, and strong communication skills to ensure the workplace is welcoming, well-stocked, and running smoothly.
- Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM, 32 hours/week
- $19 - 19.25/hour
- Downtown Miami
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Act as the first point of contact on the office floor, connecting individuals with the right resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment at all times.
- Office Presentation & Floor Tours
- Conduct regular office floor tours to ensure all spaces (pantries, common areas, conference rooms) are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance or facilities issues.
- Reset and tidy shared spaces to maintain a professional appearance throughout the day.
- Pantry & Supply Management
- Restock pantries with food, beverages, and supplies to ensure consistent availability.
- Maintain office supply levels across floors, organizing orders and replenishment as needed.
- Monitor usage and proactively address shortages before they occur.
- Communication & Support
- Use clear and professional communication, both in person and via email, when assisting employees, visitors, and leadership.
- Partner with facilities, office services, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc questions, requests, or service needs from employees and guests.
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Warm, hospitable, and approachable demeanor with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (restocking, light organizing, office walk-throughs).
- Tech-savvy; able to use email, calendar systems, and office communication platforms with ease.
