Job Description

Do you have a marketing background and an interest in interior design? We are looking for someone to drive our marketing strategy and assist in the acquisition and retention of clients. If you want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating beautiful surroundings, providing excellent service, and having fun while doing it, we want to meet you!

We are a 33-year-old Art Gallery, Framing Boutique, Furnishings and Accessory business that features an in-house full-service Interior Design Firm. Contained within our 15,000 square foot showroom is a wide assortment of quality furniture in varied styles and original artwork by more than 100 fine artists. Our Interior Designers produce projects ranging from ground-up constructions to major renovations to one day transformations and everything in between.

Our business thrives because of our willingness to go the extra mile for clients, and this trait will be key to your success in this position. In some cases, you will be representing the CEO to clients, vendors, and employees, and must be well spoken, personable and professional. A “no task to small” mentality is a must. Experience in event planning and an understanding of internet-based client acquisition are highly desired skills.

This position is hourly based on experience at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour to start.

· Effective communicator and fluent in speaking and writing English.

· Proficient typing skills

· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)

o Quickbooks and Photoshop are a plus

· Strong grasp of social media platforms and online marketing

· Ability to multitask

· Must be organized and detail oriented

· Maintain confidentiality


· Assist in developing an effective marketing strategy

· Implement and manage our marketing calendar

· Liaise with vendors and contractors

· Event planning

· Some other general administrative duties may be required

We started as a picture framing business, but we are now an art gallery, furniture showroom and full service interior design and renovations company.
