Montessori School of Miami Shores is seeking a passionate Lower Elementary Lead Teacher to guide children ages 6–9 in a dynamic, student-centered environment. • Lead a mixed-age Lower Elementary classroom (ages 6–9).
• Present Montessori lessons in language, mathematics, geometry, and cultural studies.
• Foster independence, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
• Observe and assess student progress to guide individualized instruction.
• Support social development, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with assistants and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education or related field preferred).
• Montessori Lower Elementary certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE)
• 2+ years of experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Strong classroom leadership, organization, and communication skills.
