• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Prior experience implementing hands‑on curriculum and maintaining licensing standards.
• The ability to communicate and build partnerships with parents, staff, and the community.

Lead teachers must have required credentials. CDA, Associate Degree or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
