Professional Education Facilitator - Miami, FL (Confidential Search)
The Professional Education Facilitator is responsible for delivering, facilitating, and supporting high‑quality professional education and continuing education programs for working professionals, executives, and organizational partners. This role focuses on engaging, practice‑based learning experiences that drive strong participant outcomes and an excellent learner experience.
The Facilitator delivers instruction across short courses, workshops, bootcamps, micro‑credentials, and customized employer programs. Working closely with program leads, subject‑matter experts, and industry partners, this role ensures learning is interactive, relevant, and aligned with defined program objectives.
Key Responsibilities Learning Facilitation & Delivery- Facilitate high‑quality professional education sessions using in‑person, hybrid, and online formats
- Deliver learner‑centered, interactive, and applied learning aligned with established outcomes
- Support guest speakers, instructors, and industry experts in effective program delivery
- Adapt facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse professional audiences and organizational contexts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for participants during program delivery
- Support learner engagement, participation, and progression
- Provide guidance and feedback aligned with program requirements
- Foster a professional, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Support program leads in preparing learning materials, session plans, and delivery schedules
- Contribute to program evaluation through learner feedback and reflective practice
- Support continuous improvement of offerings based on data, feedback, and best practices
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality assurance processes and applicable professional standards
- Engage professionally with employer clients, sponsors, and external partners during program delivery
- Support customized and in‑company professional education programs, responding flexibly to client needs
- Represent the organization positively in all external interactions
- Use digital learning platforms and instructional tools effectively
- Facilitate virtual learning sessions using approved systems
- Support learners in navigating online learning environments
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain facilitation and subject expertise
- Support recruitment, marketing, or showcase activities related to professional education programs as needed
- Comply with organizational policies related to equity, diversity, inclusion, data protection, and health and safety
- Perform additional duties consistent with the scope and level of the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Graduate degree or professional certification related to training, education, or professional development
- Teaching, training, or facilitation credentials (e.g., instructional certification, coaching accreditation, train‑the‑trainer)
- Experience facilitating training, workshops, or professional learning for adult learners
- Experience delivering interactive, learner‑centered sessions
- Experience working with professional or industry‑based audiences
- Understanding of inclusive learning practices for diverse groups
- Experience delivering professional education, executive education, or employer‑funded programs
- Experience with online or hybrid program delivery
- Experience in higher education or professional education environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage, motivate, and support adult learners
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to adapt delivery to different learning styles and professional contexts
- Comfort using digital learning platforms and collaboration tools
