Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities Front Desk Management
- Greet all members and guests warmly.
- Cover the front desk during business hours and serve as on‑site point of contact.
- Register and check in guests in accordance with WeWork’s policies.
- Provide orientation and relevant information to first‑time visitors.
- Issue and collect keys as needed.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized and free of clutter.
- Notify members of any food deliveries and packages.
- Learn members’ and guests’ names and businesses to build relationships.
- Maintain member notes and information in WeWork systems.
- Answer questions knowledgeably and recommend appropriate WeWork products and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to celebrate members’ successes and milestones.
- Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests.
- Recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering, venues, post office, shipping center, supply store, etc.
- Handle mail and packages: receive, process, sort, and organize.
- Explain WeWork mail policies and procedures.
- Monitor spaces and make adjustments when needed (picking up rubbish, resetting chairs, straightening pillows).
- Maintain building amenities (restocking treat bowl, keycards, printers).
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, escalating and recording as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – enjoy meetings, energised by in‑person interactions, confident as the face of the brand.
- Strong team player, able to multitask while prioritising member experience.
- Preferred experience in hospitality, retail or customer service (not required).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency.
- Integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self‑awareness, work ethic and compassion.
- Passion for WeWork’s mission and values.
- Secondary school certificate preferred (not required).
Base Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour. Eligibility for a role‑specific incentive plan is explained by the recruiter.
Full‑time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including 20 days of paid time off, approximately 13 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick time per calendar year, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, competitive health care, 401(k) plan, and life & AD&D insurance.
