, helping organizations secure their infrastructure, optimize operations, and adopt advanced technologies. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead our technology solutions sales team in Miami, FL.

Job Description

The Sales Manager – Technology Solutions will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and managing a high‑performing sales team
. The ideal candidate has strong experience in selling technology solutions, a deep understanding of cybersecurity and cloud services, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in technology and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in technology or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of technology solutions, cloud services, and cybersecurity offerings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing B2B technology sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) and sales analytics.
  • Knowledge of multi‑cloud, AI, and automation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
