We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain data solutions that deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data analytics solutions focused on decision making, optimization, and measurable business impact for key functional and business stakeholders.
- Create dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical outputs.
- Implement data validations to ensure integrity of data solutions and maintain data quality assurance.
- Ensure that data processes and outputs are robust, insightful, and timely.
- Promptly address ad‑hoc analysis requests with clear, well‑structured outputs rooted in accurate data and focused on delivering actionable insights.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, logic, data transformations, lineage, and outputs.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear data specifications to meet business requirements.
- Act as a senior subject‑matter expert for enterprise analytics and reporting.
- 2–3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Background in Financial Services, consulting, or high‑growth technology environments preferred.
- Distinguished academic track record in a quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in advanced data tooling, including SQL, DBT, and Tableau, as well as data modeling and data quality frameworks.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to work onsite 4 days per week.
