Own stakeholder communications — status updates to leadership, business sponsor alignment, and escalation when needed. Shepherd AI products through AI Trust & Governance review for risk tiering and approval. Lead launch planning and execution — communications, training, rollout sequencing, and success criteria. Drive adoption post-launch by partnering with domain managers, monitoring usage, and intervening when uptake stalls. Proactively extend shipped capabilities to additional domains and present product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior leadership.
