The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
STOP — DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications:- 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
- Valid government-issued
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
- Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)
- Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
- Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
- Document work completed in maintenance logs
- Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
- A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
- Strong make-ready/turn experience
Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
We verify onsite experience, , and transportation prior to placement.
