Hourly salary $30-38 per hour with quarterly productivity bonuses, full benefits, discretionary bonuses, growth position.

$30-38 depending on experience; 32-35 is most typical.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Setup Machinist with some prior experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in operating CNC machinery and a strong desire to expand their skills and responsibilities. • Operate CNC machines (both lathe and mill) safely and efficiently to produce precision parts.
• Setup and program CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and inspection plans.
• Load/unload parts, inspect work using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine maintenance (change tooling, clean area, etc.).
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts produced.
• Work closely with senior machinists to learn setup procedures.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities over time.

• 2 years minimum of CNC machine setup and programming experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a setup role.
