Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Lid Works is seeking a Machine Operator to support our thermoforming production operations. This role is responsible for monitoring product quality, assisting with line startups and shutdowns, and providing troubleshooting support to manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance teams. The Process Technician will help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product consistency. This position also involves training operators, documenting procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in extrusion or thermoforming, with strong mechanical aptitude, quality control knowledge, and the ability to work safely and independently.

• Understand and monitor the thermoforming process to ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform routine quality checks on items produced from the line.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting support for manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance.
• Assist the operation process with troubleshooting, startups, and shutdown procedures.
• Evaluate improvement opportunities to optimize line throughput, reduce downtime, and improve product quality and consistency.
• Identify bottleneck processes, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
