Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure that our services consistently meet high‑quality standards before reaching our clients. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our services through inspection, testing, and evaluation processes. This role is well‑suited for students or early‑career professionals who are detail‑oriented and comfortable working with video footage and data tracking systems.

Your findings will be documented and communicated to ensure compliance with established criteria and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily production records to verify completion of CCTV work.
  • Update production data in Smartsheet, ensuring accurate and timely updates for project tracking and reporting.
  • Track and verify receipt of all CCTV videos from the region and maintain accurate updates in Smartsheet.
  • Record codes or identifiers from CCTV footage for client reference and record‑keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and accounting teams to provide updates, address questions, and resolve issues related to production data and footage.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with computer‑based tasks.
  • Experience working with video files or basic video editing software is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills.
