Fresco y Mas - - Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, fast, and friendly customer service at the front end and resolve customer issues or escalate to management as needed;
Manage inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, security, and other operational processes to company standards;
Oversee daily front-end accounting and self-checkout operations, including weekly closeouts and cash handling;
Maintain front end equipment and respond to issues through available help desks or self-help resources;
Stock front end products and keep work area clean and safe; perform cashier and pricing duties as necessary
