Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic sales professional to drive direct sales and customer growth in our mid‑market legal vertical. You'll be leading your own prospecting efforts, engaging with current customers, and working directly with senior stakeholders at these firms across the US to sell Jigsaw's technology. To be successful in this role, you need to be an exceptional, process-oriented, and customer-focused seller who understand our client's needs.

You also need to have a high degree of tech literacy, and a tenacious desire to win. These are rare combinations! Ultimately, we focus on character as much as experience, so what makes you special is as important as what you've done.

Responsibilities
  • Willing to prospect, chase, and close deals to disrupt a traditional market.

  • Consultative when selling (great listening skills) and believe transparency and radical honesty sell better than perfection.

  • Proven skillset to manage complex stakeholders and buying cycles.

  • A master of hitting targets and exceeding quotas while displaying a consistent enthusiasm for the work.

  • Creative, driven, and have strategic vision to help break into new customers and the care and attention to grow existing customers.

  • Willing to consistently go beyond the call of duty for the team, and to challenge the status quo to help Jigsaw be better.

  • Self-motivation, relentlessness, organization, and determination to overcome roadblocks.

  • Able to balance short-term and long-term revenue objectives, and balance pipeline-generating activities with closing deals.

  • Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that absorbs rapid change and disruption.

Requirements
  • 1+ years successfully selling Software-as-a-Service solutions.

  • 3+ years of work experience.

  • Legal experience (sales or otherwise) a plus
