Responsibilities- Identify growth and expansion opportunities, develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, expand market reach, and strengthen commercial partnerships.
- Develop international B2B business, prospect and develop leads.
- Identify and prospect potential customers and business opportunities through market research, networking, participation in events, and other lead generation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Carry out market analysis, evaluate trends to identify new business opportunities, market niches for expansion, product and process improvements.
- Act consultatively on solutions and enable business with international enterprises.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential customers to close new deals and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements with customers and business partners, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in business development, marketing, and the company's specific industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and business development metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve growth goals.
- Experience with key account prospecting.
- Ability to use Hub Spot.
- Experience in the financial market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Fluent English to communicate with clients and advanced Spanish or Portuguese.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
