Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about food and building strong relationships with chefs and hospitality professionals. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to work directly with top chefs, understand their unique needs, and become a trusted resource in their kitchen. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of accounts while also focusing on expanding business within your territory.
Sales experience is not required — we provide extensive training and ongoing support
. However, a strong understanding of food and the hospitality industry is essential. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives on personal connection and creativity.
- Develop and maintain strong, service-focused relationships with existing and new customers
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to offer tailored product solutions
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary professionals to support their daily operations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Effectively communicate pricing, availability, and product information
- Stay current on industry trends and become an expert in our product offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Strong food knowledge and familiarity with restaurant and/or hotel operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
- Tenacious yet professional approach to sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
