• Manage leads in our CRM system and generate opportunities for F&I
• Personally deliver vehicles to ensure exceptional service
• Network and conduct business development activities

• Self-driven with proven ability to achieve results
• Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly
• Experience building loyal client relationships
• Current industry knowledge and desire for continuous learning
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean background
• Ford automotive sales experience preferred but not required
