Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location (IMPORTANT)

This position is based in-office at our 4601 Sheridan St, Hollywood Florida office.
Only candidates currently residing in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and nearby areas will be considered.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, curious and motivated Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into tech sales while contributing to a mission-driven organization. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the top of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective ABA therapy companies that would benefit from the ATrack platform.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via phone, email, and Linked In to generate new business pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and assist prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Stay current on ABA industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving ATrack product roadmap.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings set.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling rejection
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in SaaS, healthcare, or ABA industry is a plus
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
