Typical Duties & Requirements:
• Repair and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope tile/shingles. Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail.
• You must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
• Ability to work with others.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Physical Endurance and capability
• Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
• Valid Driver's licenses.
• Speak English & Spanish (Preferred).
• I must be able to pass drug screening test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:
• $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on performance
• Paid recognized Holidays.
• 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
