We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician to help with our Florida property locations. This position will float between properties as needed. This position includes a monthly gas allowance.

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Duties and

Responsibilities include:

* Exhibiting strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer

* Communicating and working well with both leasing and maintenance staff members

* Always representing the company in a professional and courteous manner

* Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas as well as any other duties assigned

* Sharing on-call responsibility

* Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues

* Providing own (basic) hand tools

* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

* Attending in-house training as required

* Maintaining current preventative maintenance property logs
