Typical Duties & Requirements:
* Repair and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope tile/shingles. Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required.
* Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail.
* You must not be afraid of heights.
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
* Ability to work with others.
* Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
* Physical Endurance and capability
* Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
* Valid Driver's licenses.
* Speak English & Spanish (Preferred).
* I must be able to pass drug screening test.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:
* $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on performance
* Paid recognized Holidays.
* 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
