Customs Operations Specialist
- Facilitate transactional support for imports and exports.
- Establish and drive a positive working environment and focus on the internal customer experience while maintaining compliance in all activities for guests and colleagues.
- Coordinate customs clearance by communicating with customers, origin offices and other departments to obtain necessary information to coordinate clearance and delivery of shipments.
- Handle files from start to finish for customs clearance and prepare necessary documents for other government agencies, including delivery and billing.
- Perform duties in accordance with company policies, including The Royal Way, SQM standards, USPH guidelines, environmental, and safety policies.
- Be prepared to perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
