DSV -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods through transportation channels;
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading;
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on shipment status;
Manage relationships with customers, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction;
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
