POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of the National Junior Honor Society Exhibit A position at the Lakeview 7/8 Academy is to coordinate all aspects of the process for students to become NJHS members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate process for students to become NJHS members including, but not limited to, student eligibility requirements, student applications, student approval
- Identify and support a NJHS staff faculty council
- Schedule regular NJHS meetings with students
- Provide students support and monitoring related to the required obligations of maintaining their membership in NJHS
- Actively promote NJHS membership with prospective students and their parents
- Maintain accurate records (i.e. service hours, GPAs, etc.)
- Coordinate tutors for the NJHS tutoring program
- Reports to the 7/8 Academy Principal
