We are eagerly seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to collaborate closely with our Wellness Coordinator in providing exceptional support and guidance to our team.
Responsibilities- Lead Caregiver to collaborate with the Wellness Coordinator in providing exceptional support and guidance to the team.
- Train new caregivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Train Medication Technicians (Medtechs) in essential practices and protocols that uphold high standards of care.
- Assist with scheduling to ensure the team is adequately staffed to meet residents’ needs.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment and set an example for colleagues to excel and deliver compassionate care.

Requirements- Med Techs must have recent experience/training in Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or be MORC Certified
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check
