What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in IT systems or services administration (or equivalent combination of education and certifications)
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, networks, and collaboration tools

You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative IT team supporting end users, operational technologies, and modern collaboration platforms, while helping drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across Alamo Group.

What You will Do
  • Own day‑to‑day IT operations for assigned sites, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of systems and services
  • Provide high‑quality end‑user support for hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools, including ticket resolution and peer escalation
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Teams, enabling seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage user access and device life cycles, including onboarding, changes, and terminations
  • Support network, infrastructure, and operational technology, working with internal teams and third‑party providers on items such as:
    • Network and datacenter infrastructure
    • Printers, mobile devices, and shop‑floor systems
    • CAD systems, lasers, press brakes, and shipping systems
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including procurement, renewals, escalations, and invoice review
  • Maintain and improve documentation and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to support endpoint security, access controls, audits, and compliance activities
  • Contribute to IT projects and strategic initiatives, including upgrades, site rollouts, and capital planning
  • Provide multi‑site and after‑hours support when required to ensure business‑critical system availability
