A pioneer in the production and assembly of complex aerostructures including aircraft and rocket components, engine nacelle systems, thrust reversers and advanced composite products, we apply the latest digital technologies and automation in composite design and manufacturing that are second to none. At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as its materials and processing expertise.
WhatYou Will Do
Inspect nacelles, thrust reversers, and other structural components throughout the repair process—receiving, in‑process, and final.
- Review work orders, repair data, and documentation to ensure everything lines up with FAA, OEM, and customer requirements.
- Use calibrated tools and inspection equipment to verify repairs and measurements.
- Flag any nonconformities and help drive corrective actions.
- Work closely with technicians, engineering, and leadership to resolve issues and keep work moving safely and efficiently.
- Support audits, record‑keeping, and overall quality compliance within our Part 145 Repair Station.
- Assist with teaching quality standards in an evolving and growing atmosphere.
High school diploma with at least 3 years of hands‑on aircraft structures experience—composites, metallic repairs, damage assessment, and reading structural repair manuals. A&P License is highly preferred.
- You must have the ability to read and interpret drawings, SRMs, and OEM repair data.
- Experience with large‑fix wing aircraft nacelle and thrust reverser products from major OEMs is preferred.
- Solid communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of FAA Part 145 requirements and quality systems.
- Previous experience as an MRO Repair Station or Quality Inspector.
