Chamberlain International School is a Massachusetts‑approved Private Special Education Therapeutic Boarding School. We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to adolescents with a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.

We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for this position.

• Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents.

• Experience
  :
• Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required)
• Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care.
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first‑aid procedures.
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Full-time, Part-time

From $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, all weekend shifts with $2.00 shift differential pay.

32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift.

Monday through Friday, Weekends.
