Position
THERMOFORMER OPERATOR
Location / ScheduleMiddlesex, NJ | 4 Days/Week
Compensation$30–$40/hr (DOE)

Responsibilities- Set up and run the Sencorp machine
- Ensure quality and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair machine issues
- Support smooth machine startup and optimization
- 3+ years operating roll‑fed thermoformers (Required)
- Experience in solo‑style cups, cosmetic packaging, or similar plastic packaging
- Skilled in tooling setup, mold changes, process dialing, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
