SUMMARY OF THE JOBLead and deliver high-impact, enterprise-wide projects that drive strategic outcomes. Serve as a key Agile Coach and Project Management expert, guiding teams through Agile transformation and ensuring successful project execution aligned with organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Manage large-scale, complex projects involving cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ensure alignment with the Bank’s project methodology and compliance standards.
- Connect project outcomes to strategic business initiatives.
- Agile Coaching & Transformation
- Facilitate Agile adoption across teams and departments.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enhance team effectiveness.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
- Assess Agile maturity and develop strategies to advance practices.
- Deliver training and workshops to build Agile capabilities.
- Provide thought and implementation leadership on proper OKR and KPI usage.
- Project Management Expertise
- Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics.
- Manage scope, timelines, and quality to meet project objectives.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Facilitate operational checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project Delivery – Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and deliver intended benefits.
- Agile Leadership – Champion Agile principles and coach teams to improve delivery and collaboration.
- Team Management – Provide leadership and supervision to project teams.
- Training & Support – Ensure teams are proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Risk & Compliance – Ensure projects comply with security, vendor, and risk management protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile Coaching
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive change in dynamic environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma.
