Overview
The Maintenance Administrator is the data and workflow backbone of our maintenance department. This role is designed to bridge the gap between field work and dispatching excellence. You will be the general admin in our Maintenance department, utilizing App Folio—ensuring requests are intelligently grouped, technicians have the right information, and management has clear visibility into property performance and costs.
Responsibilities- Bridge the gap between field work and dispatching excellence by managing administrative tasks in the Maintenance department.
- Utilize App Folio to ensure requests are intelligently grouped, technicians have the right information, and workflows are efficient.
- Provide management with clear visibility into property performance and costs through accurate data and reporting.
