Job Summary

Full-time position, 80 hours per week. Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients, families, and significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support that positively impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment.

On‑call rotation is required; the RN must be able to reach the hospital within 30 minutes. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in nursing practice. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence‑based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader, and sentry, collaborating with the inter‑professional team and ensuring compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.

Associate degree in Nursing.

• Valid Ohio RN license.

RN experience is required.
