- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
- 12 years of experience in electrical design, operations, and commissioning of substations, switch gear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.
- 12 years of experience as a practicing engineer.
- 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience with medium voltage systems.
- Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural).
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations, medium or low voltage electrical distribution systems, alternating current (AC)/direct current (DC) systems, and associated power management or supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) tools.
- Experience working with data center equipment and environments (e.g., switch gear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems), with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

With your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).
As a Lead Electrical Engineer (EE) in Data Center Services (DCS) team, you will drive consistency in technical planning/execution across North America. In this role, you'll be a technical subject matter expert to our on-site execution teams, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and being a trusted advisor cross-functionally. You will represent DCS in various programmatic initiatives where a construction execution lens is required.
