Position: (Junior) Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d)
To support our Milan Studio we are searching for a (Junior) Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan studio.

WHAT YOU WILL DOAlongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner

Review the shooting list assigned to your set, in advance, to ensure all sizes are the correct fit for the model you will work with Align with the other S&F specialists to organize model rotation

Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics

Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards

Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the S&F Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmited to our customers

WHO YOU ARE1-3 years’ experience working within the S&F field

Background in textile and design and has great knowledge of fabrics and its technicalities

Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing

Knowledge within the Denim and/or tailoring category is an advantage

Organized and reliable

Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment

English written and verbal skills

Computer literate
