Data Protection Expert

Experteer Overview In this role you support the second line of defence for GDPR and data protection compliance within ING Milan. You will assess programs for regulatory alignment, advise the business, and contribute to DPIA reviews and data processing records. You’ll work with IT and Security on data breach assessments and support rights requests, while promoting awareness and strengthening control environments.

Retribuzione / Benefits Support second line oversight of data protection programs and advise business and first line functions

Facilitate communication and awareness of data protection requirements across the Bank Assist DPIA reviews and maintenance of Record of Processing Activities Provide second line input on data breach assessments and rights requests in collaboration with IT/Security Review procedures and guidelines to validate data protection and security measures

Perform second line controls and gap analyses, tracking remediation actions

Support local data protection training and awareness initiatives

ResponsabilitàExperience of 2–4 years in data protection, legal, compliance, or computer science

Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations

Knowledge of information technology and computer science

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Degree in Law or Computer Science;
Master or equivalent in data protection or computer science preferred
