The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of management experience within automotive manufacturing and 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience. You will analyze and present data regarding quality, develop the Quality Assurance Program, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards. The role includes direct management of 5 reports, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
